An unannounced inspection was initiated on 08/26/2024 and completed on 08/28/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 08/23/20204 relating to allegations of parental involvement, staff qualifications and immunizations for children. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 staff records. This inspection included document review, interviews and observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
