Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 2/24/2026. The on-site inspection began at 11:45 AM and ended at 1:50 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 99 children present and 17 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 7 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
