Inspector Notes

An unannounced joint complaint investigation was completed to investigate an allegation regarding the forbidden action of physical of physical discipline on July 27, 2023. The investigation was conducted with the assistant director, a representative from the local agency, and law enforcement beginning at 2:15pm and ending at 4:48pm. Interviews were conducted and facility documentation was reviewed. The allegation of forbidden action was unable to be substantiated due to insufficient corroborating evidence.
