An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was completed on August 22, 2024. The inspection began at 11:26 a.m. and ended at 1:55 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 83 children present with 14 staff. The inspector reviewed 10 children?s records and 5 staff records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
