Children and staff were observed during free indoor play, diapering, art activities, clean-up, hand washing, lunch preparations, lunch, lunch clean-up, nap, transitions and behavioral guidance. The violations from the previous inspection were reviewed for current compliance. The exceptions to compliance are noted on the violation notice.

2. Administration confirmed there was not a written care plan for each child with a diagnosed food allergy.
