Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site inspection was initiated on November 17, 2025 completed on November 21, 2025 with a local agency in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on November 12, 2025 relating to allegations of Staff Qualifications and Training , Physical Plant, Staffing and Supervision, Programs, Special Care Provisions and Emergencies. The inspector reviewed five children?s records on site and electronically on November 20, 2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observation.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
