Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was conducted August 21 2023 between 12:00pm and 1:00pm. The inspection was prompted by a self-reported medical emergency that occurred on August 18 2023. A review of center procedures, medication administration training, parent notification procedures, and interviews of staff was reviewed and conducted.
