During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on August 27, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 8:20am and ended at 10:05am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 67 children present and 18 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on September 5, 2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.
Violations
3On a high shelf in classroom #1, books and baskets of books were unlevel and stacked on top of each other.
The large plastic shed on the playground, was broken on the bottom left side, exposing sharp pieces of plastic.
Boarder was placed around the shed and a plan for repair or replacement has been made, boarder 8/27/2025, repair by 10/31/2025.
In classroom #1, one bottle of sanitizing spray was observed next to the changing table, out of reach of children.
In classroom #2, two bottles of sanitizing solution were observed on a high shelf, out of reach of children.
In the front entry way, two spray cans of bug spay and two bottles of sanitizing solution were observed on a high shelf, out of reach of children.
In the front entry way, one can of air duster spray was observed on a shelf, within reach of children.
In classroom #2, two bottles of sanitizing solution were observed on a high shelf stored above food.
