Inspector Notes

A complaint investigation was initiated on 10/03/2022 and ended on 10/06/2022 regarding parents being denied access to the school. Interviews were conducted, and records and documentation were reviewed.
There was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegations. It was discussed with the administration of the center the parents' right to have access to the program as Standard 8VAC20-780-420-C states: " A custodial parent shall be admitted to any child day program. ... [(? 22.1-289.054 of the Code of Virginia]).
