An unannounced inspection was initiated on 07/25/2024 and completed on 08/13/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 07/15/2024 relating to allegations of behavior guidance. The inspector reviewed one child?s record and two staff records on-site on 07/25/2024. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
