Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/30/2023 from 1:55 pm until 3:30 pm. At the time of entrance, 29 children, ages 3 to 4 years, were in care with 7 staff members present. The sample size consisted of 5 children?s records and 5 staff records. Children were observed resting quietly during nap time and having an afternoon snack. Hand washing and table sanitizing were observed. Two medications kept on site for emergency use were reviewed with regard to storage, expiration dates, written authorization and required documentation as well as corresponding allergy response plans.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
