Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on July 29, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:50 am and ended at 11:00 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were fourteen children present and four staff. The inspector reviewed five children's records and four staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
