Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal visit and facility tour was conducted on 2/23/2023. At the time of inspectors' arrival there were 40 infant to preschool aged children in care with 10 staff members and 2 administrators. Children were observed interacting with staff and nap. A sample of 3 staff records were reviewed. Injury reports and medications were also reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
