A complaint inspection was conducted on 3/22/22 after receiving a complaint in regards to supervision of the children in care. During the onsite inspection staff were interviewed, the facility was inspected and documentation was reviewed. The investigation was concluded on 4/6/22. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
