A complaint inspection was initiated on3/22/22 and concluded on 5/10/22. A complaint was received by the department on 3/11/22 regarding allegations in the areas of the care of the children. Staff were interviewed, documentation was reviewed, and a tour of the facility was conducted. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law. No violations were issued.
