Inspector Notes
An unannounced focused monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 1/22/24 from 11:20am until 1:20pm. At the time of entrance, there were 54 children in care with 11 direct care staff and 2 management staff present. A sample of 5 children's records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Children were observed participating in music and movement, engaging in free play, eating lunch and resting quietly during nap time. Lunch service procedures and restroom and handwashing procedures were also observed. The focus of the inspection was to determine whether the center had corrected or is in the process of correcting previously cited violations in the areas of standards referenced above. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
