Once received, the results will be forwarded to the licensing inspector and placed in the staff record. Going forward, center management will ensure that all background checks are requested within the required timeframes.

Documentation of emergency practice drills shall contain all of the required elements. The practice drill log for the center does not include the method used for notification of the drill, the number of staff participating, any special conditions simulated, problems encountered, if any, or the weather conditions.

Plan of Correction: The center responded with the following: Staff 1 was a transfer from another center and references were not forwarded with the record. The center director obtained references and they have been placed in the staff record. Going foward, center management will audit records for transfer staff once received to ensure they contain all required information.
