Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 05/25/2022 from 11:19 am - 1:05 PM. At the time of entrance there were 56 preschool children in care with eight staff. Children were observed during nap. Records were reviewed for four children and four staff. The outdoor play area only received a cursory review due to heavy rain.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
