Each staff member shall submit documentation of a negative tuberculosis screening at the time of employment and prior to coming into contact with the children. The screening for Staff #1 was completed three weeks after hire.
Plan of Correction: Staff will be sent for tb screening prior to employment to ensure compliance.
Standard 8VAC20-780-500-B
The diapering area shall have a sink with running warm water not to exceed 120 degrees. The middle 2's classroom did not have a sink with running water in the diapering area.
Plan of Correction: Middle twos classroom was moved to accommodate access to a sink.
Standard 8VAC20-780-550-G
Documentation shall be maintained of emergency evacuation, shelter-in-place and lockdown drills. There was not documentation of shelter-in-place drills conducted in 2025 although the drills were done.
Plan of Correction: Shelter in place drills were documented after inspection. All drills will be documented to ensure compliance.
