Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:55am-1:00 pm. At the time of entrance, 21 children were in care with 9 staff members present. Additional staff were present to assist. The sample size consisted of 4 children?s records and 3 staff records. Children were
observed engaged outdoor play time and eating lunch.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
