Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 07/06/2022. There were 42 children present and 14 staff. The Inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 2 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation the center did not ensure all areas and equipment of the center were maintained in a safe condition.
Evidence:
In the twos room there was peeling paint on the walls in reach of children.
Plan of Correction: Maintenance will be contacted to remove peeling paint.
