Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was conducted on 9/7/22 from 2:50pm to 4:00pm. There were 79 children present, with 7 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed in the following activities: playing in structured groups; bathroom and handwashing; and eating snack. The snack included mixed fruit with crackers. 4 children's records, 4 staff records, emergency drill records and first aid kit was reviewed. The center staff were observed using walkie talkies to track accountability as children transitioned between activities. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
