Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 2/16/23 from 2:55pm to 3:40pm. There were 75 children present in direct care and supervision of 6 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The children were engaged in various structured activities such as art, playing games and eating PM snack. The PM snack included boiled eggs, bananas and water. 3 children's records, 5 staff records, medications, emergency drill records and first aid kit was reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
