Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/5/23 from 2:35pm to 3:10pm. There were 68 children present in direct care and supervision of 6 staff supervising. The children were engaged in various structured learning and play activities including Legos, reading, making holiday crafts and eating PM snack. The PM snack included crackers and hummus. 4 children's records, 4 staff records, medications, emergency drill records and attendance was reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
