Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/23/24 from 2:55pm to 3:35pm. There were 59 children present in direct care and supervision of 6 staff supervising. The children were engaged in small group activities that included but not limited to Legos. dollhouses, painting, and crafts. The PM snack included crackers and diced fruit. 3 children's records, 3 staff records, medications, emergency drill records and attendance was reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
