Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 2/16/23 from 3:50pm to 4:40pm. There were 81 children present in direct care and supervision of 6 staff members. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 children's records, 5 staff records, emergency drill records, attendance and medications were reviewed. Children were engaged in small group activities ranging from stack up cups to art activities. Children were also observed playing games in the gym. Information gathered during the inspection determined compliance with applicable standards or law and no violations were cited.
