Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on 8/31/23 from 4:10 pm to 5:00pm. There were 68 children present, with 6 staff supervising. The children were observed engaged in various small group activities that included but were not limited to crafts, outdoor play, games and afternoon snack. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 children's records, 4 staff records, emergency drill record, medications and first aid supplies were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
