Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/23/24 from 4:00 pm to 4:40 pm. There were 80 children present in direct care and supervision of 6 staff supervising. The children were engaged in small group activities and outdoor play. The PM snack included fresh apples and milk. 3 children's records, 3 staff records, medications, emergency drill records and attendance was reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
