An unannounced inspection was conducted on 8/3/22 in response to a self-report made by the center regarding an allegation that was made to the Director regarding the supervision of children and documentation of injuries. Documentation was reviewed, staff were interviewed, and the classroom was observed. There were no violations as a result of the inspection.
