An investigation was initiated from 12:15 pm - 12:50 pm in response to a complaint received by the department regarding parental involvement. Interviews were conducted, documentation, child records, and staff records were reviewed. There was not a preponderance of evidence to support the complaint regarding parental involvement. The complaint is determined to be not valid.
