Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/23/2023 from 10:15 am-12:20 pm. There were 95 children (infants-5yrs.) supervised by 19 direct care staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 5 children?s records, evacuation drills, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, playing outside, singing, and eating lunch. Hand-washing procedures were also observed.
