Inspector Notes
A complaint investigation was initiated on 11/15 /2022 and concluded on 12/15/2022 from a report received by the Fairfax Licensing Office on 11/10 /2022 regarding inappropriate child guidance.

2Evidence:
On October 25, 2022, Child 1 was removed from her classroom by Staff 1 in a manner that involved carrying the child around by the wrist and then around the armpit after the child's body went limp. The child was then given to another staff member and made comments along the line of "I'm not dealing with her." and "Here you go."
The Center's written Behavior Guidance policy for parents "does not permit emotional punishment, including ridicule, embarrassment, or humiliation.
