A complaint alleging lack of resilient surface, lack of incident reporting and sanitation was received and initiated on February 15, 2024. An onsite inspection was conducted on May 7, 2024. During the investigation staff were interviewed, a tour of the facility inside and the playground was completed, classrooms were observed and injury documentation was reviewed. The information gathered does not support the allegation and the complaint is found to be not valid.
