When food is brought from home the container shall be sealed and clearly dated and labeled in a way that identifies the owner. In the infant room refrigerator there was a child's sippy cup containing a liquid substance, that was not labeled to identify the owner.
Plan of Correction: The director will remind staff all food brought from home are to be labeled with the child's name and to also label to staff containers to distinguish them from the ones that belong to the children.

Staff are required to hold a current certification in first aid and CPR appropriate to the ages of children in care. Staff #4 did not have a current certification in CPR and First Aid.
Plan of Correction: The director has already scheduled the recertification and should have it by the end of the month.
