Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the two Administrators from 11:20 am to 12:30 pm. Thirteen children were present with five staff providing supervision. The ages of the children ranged from 5 months to 17 years.
The Licensing Inspector was able to observe the younger children eating lunch, which consist of beef sausages, mixed vegetables and fruit cups. The older children were engaged in table top activities. One injury/accident report was reviewed. Three allergy care plans, three medications for four children and three staff and six children's files were reviewed.
The fire inspection is dated 1/3/23. The non compliance is outlined on the violation notice.
