Inspector Notes

A complaint investigation was initiated remotely on 8/17/2021, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and continued unannounced on site 9/13/2021 from 9:00am to 10:20am in response to a complaint received in the licensing office regarding allegations of ratios not being maintained, incident reports not being given to parents, and inappropriate behavior guidance. Classrooms were observed, documentation was reviewed, and interviews were conducted. The allegations were determined to be not valid due to insufficient corroborating evidence.
