Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted from 9:00am to 10:20am on 9/13/2021 in response to a complaint received in the licensing office regarding allegations of cleanliness, preventing the spread of disease, and linens. Based on observation of classrooms and daily health screening at drop-off, documentation review, and interviews conducted, the allegations were determined to be not valid due to insufficient corroborating evidence.
