An investigation was initiated on 8/23/23 and concluded on 10/25/23 in regards to a complaint received by the department regarding a staff/child interaction. An on-site inspection was conducted on 10/18/23 and interviews with staff were completed. Based on the information gathered during the investigation, there is not enough evidence to support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. No violations were issued.
