A complaint investigation was conducted on 05/3/2024 in conjunction with the routine monitoring inspection regarding a complaint related to ratios/supervision, physical abuse, and inappropriate behavior management techniques. Observations were completed and staff interviews were conducted. Based on information gathered, it was determined that there was no evidence to support the allegations on ratios/supervision and physical abuse. The complaint relating to behavior management was deemed valid and appears on the violation notice.
