An announced, on-site modification inspection was initiated and completed on May 8, 2025 in response to a modification request in the age range of children for licensure. The on-site inspection began at 10:00am and ended at 11:15am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children or staff present in the building at the time of the inspection. This inspection included a tour of the facility, observations, and measurements.
