The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on 10/25/2021 in response to a complaint that was received in the licensing regarding an allegation in the area of physical plant. Interviews were conducted with staff, records reviewed and observations of the program. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
