The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint investigation in response to a self-report made by the center on 06/03/2024. Interviews were conducted with staff, records reviewed and observations of the program were made relating to the allegation. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
