Staff are required to have a tuberculosis screening every two years from the date of the initial screening or testing. Staff #2's last TB test was dated 05/20/2022.

Behavioral guidance shall be constructive in nature, age and stage appropriate,
and shall be intended to redirect children to appropriate behavior and resolve
conflicts. When escorting a group of children in the building following a bus run, Staff #11 used a harsh tone and commands , instead of redirecting children to appropriate behavioral in a constructive nature.

Plan of Correction: The acting assistant director was in charge at the time of inspection. She will discuss this with the acting director and provide training to staff on appropriate behavioral guidance.

Staff shall follow all requirements when sunscreen is used. In the unlocked supply cabinet in the front room there were 2 bottles of sunscreen that were not labeled, or have written parent authorization noting any known adverse reactions.
Plan of Correction: The sunscreen was removed from the cabinet and placed in the office.
