Inspector Notes
An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on 03/13/2026 and completed on the same day The on-site inspection began at 1:30pm and ended at 3:15pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 86 children present and 14 staff. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
