Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on July 5, 2023 with the center director. The inspection began at 9:20 am and concluded at approximately 10:50 am. There were 55 children present, ranging in ages from 12 months to 6 years, with 12 staff supervising. Children were observed playing on the playground and playing with various age-appropriate materials. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Transportation is not provided. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
