An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on January 9, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:10 am and ended at 12:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 69 children present and 12 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 6 staff records on-site on January 9, 2025. This inspection included document review, observations, a tour of the facility, and interviews.
