An unannounced inspection was initiated on and completed on December 16, 2025, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on December 4, 2025, relating to allegations of forbidden actions. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record and staff record on-site. This inspection included interviews, observations, and document review.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
