A code compliance inspection was initiated on April 15, 2024 and concluded on April 16, 2024. There were 49 children present, ranging in ages from 21/2 to age 4, with 8 staff supervising. Additional administrative staff were present. A total of 11 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 11:15 AM and concluded in the center at 12:40PM.
