Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 12/27/23 and completed on 9/16/24 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 12/21/23 relating to allegations in the areas of diapering and nutrition. The inspector reviewed 1 child's record. This inspection included document review and interviews. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
