This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a in person tour of the program .

A complaint inspection was initiated on July 9, 2021 and concluded on November 16, 2021. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of Special care provision and Emergencies and Staffing and Supervision. The staff in charge was contacted by telephone to conduct the investigation. The inspector interviewed and reviewed documentation required to complete the investigation. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law.
